Redwood Empire Trail Riders

Redwood Empire Trail Riders is a registered non-proft group that promotes trail riding for pleasure only. We’re a family oriented group & open to riders of all ages. There’s no competition; we just enjoy each other’s company while we ride the trails on horseback, or meet to enjoy meals and camping. (We even have members who no longer ride.) Most of the time we ride in the mountains of the north coastal area of California, but we will consider going on other trails. Each June we offer our big weekend ride–the highlight of our year. Generally, we have one ride a month (sometimes more!) and one (fun!) meeting a month. Yahoo! Let’s ride!

  1. Hi Robin,
Your blog is looking great. That picture had to have been taken in Sonoma County, don’t you think? Wasn’t Beth a great help?
A co-worker was once very active in Trail Riders, president for a number of years, I believe…Ray Patrick.

    • Thanks, Arletta! I’m not sure where that photo was taken, but it works well for my love of the rural life.
Hmm, I don’t recall that genteman’s name as one of our RETR presidents. Perhaps he was president of the Sonoma Co. Trail Blazers? That’s a different group.

  2. Of course, you may well be right about the SoCo Trail Blazers and I got it wrong.
I’m having a hard good time fumbling about with setting up my blog to work as I would like. Rachelle Gardner had a good article about blogging on Friday. Over 200 responses gave great tips on what readers like and don’t like in a blog. I’l forward it to you.

  3. Yahoo, send it via my email. Thanks!

  5. Hi Robin, I’ve gotten many of these type comments and send them to the spam file. See you later!
