Grit and Facts

51nB7Ba85UL._SX331_BO1,204,203,200_This review is from: Kiss of Salvation: A Joe McGrath and Sam Rucker Detective Novel (Kindle Edition)
The voice and feel of the South, set in 1947, captured this reader. I admit I was hooked into the characters and their Birmingham and New Orleans settings.  Kiss of Salvation by Waights Taylor, Jr. helped this reader feel present with the story, all the way through. The story blends grit with facts of the murder cases for a believable plot. This reader hopes to see more fiction from Taylor soon.

  1. Hi Robin and Waights,
I also read and thoroughly enjoyed Kiss of Salvation…and am ashamed I didn’t review it. Looking forward to book #2!

I just saw Waights Taylor’s books at the Sonoma Authors Showcase and ordered this one on Kindle. The second one is already out. Your review has motivated me to get started on it.
